Beef And Spinach Stir Fry

Spinach was on sale yesterday at the supermarket at just 200 yen for about 10 bunches, so I got some and also some cheap beef scraps for just 300 yen. I decided to make spinach and beef stir fry - I just cooked them in garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooking wine. It tasted great but I felt it needed something more, so I finished the dish off with a poached egg. Yummy!

The photo isn't as good as I had wanted it to be, but I guess this would do and I was already hungry! Haha!
