The smell of new books always have a calming effect on me. And since I've been sick the whole week, I decided to give myself a treat by paying a visit to a nearby bookstore that also sells some English books. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but by chance I found this interesting cookbook, Nobu Miami Party Cookbook, with some awesome food photos. It's a bit more expensive than your normal paperback, but I knew I just had to get it!

I hope one day I get good enough at food photography to have one of my photos land a spot in some cookbook. And I've also been thinking about opening some kind of "desserts with a twist" pastry shop one day. Feels good to daydream sometimes hehehe!
